Our Lodgings at Mida Creek
We run multiple accommodations in Mida creek both on mainland and the island of Kirepwe. All the structures are designed to compliment the local environment by being constructed from local materials and in local fashion as not to create an eyesore, the accommodation is built in different east- African coastal style.
Kirepwe Island Lodge
Built on the island of Kirepwe, using local coconut wood, mangroves and casuarina, with two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The Fishermen Tree House
Built in Mida Creek village on the mainland on the shores of the creek, on top of a neem tree, with one bedroom and a balcony, it accommodates only 2 people.
The Fishermen Banda
Built in Mida creek village on the mainland on the shores of the creek, so close to the mangroves, overlooking the creek with one bedroom and a balcony, it accommodates 2 people.
Camping and Picnic Site
The site is spacious with lots of natural shades (trees) and artificial ones (gazebos), fire pit, chairs, wooden seats, utensils and grill.
